Contact

Schedule a consultation.

Describe the situation in a few sentences. You will hear back from an attorney with an honest read on what it requires, including when the answer is that you do not need us yet.

  • A conversation, not a pitch

The first consultation is spent on your facts: what you are building, which data it touches, and what has prompted the question. You will leave it knowing whether you have a focused problem or a broader one.

  • Scope and fees in writing

If there is work to do, you receive a written scope and a fee basis before anything begins. Assessments and defined deliverables are usually fixed fee, and ongoing counsel is available on a monthly retainer.

  • Confidentiality, handled properly

Please keep this first message general. Confidential detail belongs in a conversation once a conflicts check is complete and an engagement is in place, and we will tell you when we reach that point.

Consultation request

Tell us what you are dealing with.

Everything except your name, email and message is optional, but the more context you give, the more useful the first reply will be.

Helpful to include

  • The product, service or process the question is about
  • Which jurisdictions your customers or users are in
  • What prompted the question: a launch, a customer questionnaire, an audit, an incident, or a regulator
  • Any deadline you are working to

A short description of the situation is enough. Please do not include confidential information in this first message.

Sending this form does not create an attorney-client relationship.
